Is this the smallest home in Ontario?

I know that the average size of a home is finally starting to getting smaller in North America but really, the original part of the house below in Port Colborne can't be much more than 100 square feet.
 To describe it as tiny would be an overstatement, minuscule is a better description. It really is a micro home and that means that while it is very tiny, it is probably very affordable. Here are a few photos.
