It was another hot day in Niagara
today as we headed over to NEOB
Lavender -
758 Niagara Stone Road
in Niagara on the Lake for their first Taste of Niagara Lavender Festival
for which we had purchased our tickets weeks ago.
There was a good turnout for
the affair and lavender scented / flavoured goods were being bought by the
admirers. We bought 5 lavenders, which we had to dig from the field
ourselves, and another few items.
People were meeting and greeting and chatting.
There seemed to be many, many lavender flavoured foods,
every kind of lavender based ointments, oils, soaps and of course plants
to choose from. There was a cooking demonstration as well.
All in all, a good time seemed to be had by all.
