Hillebrand Trius Winery is certainly one of the loveliest wineries in Niagara on the Lake. It's located in Virgil, which is a pretty little town, and it boasts one of the nicest looking restaurants. Unfortunately no-one was allowed to speak to me on video without an appointment.
