Peller Estates Winery is one of the big operations, consequently no-one wanted to speak on video and they would not permit me to take any pictures of the inside (too bad). There was someone at the entrance who was a wealth of information and happy to talk (until she was called away to help someone else) and she gave me a card with the name of some I could call for an appointment.
That said, I can tell you it was beautiful inside and included fine dining, events, and more. There was a large gift shop that carried their wines along with the usual gifts I saw in most of the other wineries.
